Aliss & Ena returns policy
Aliss & Ena doesn’t exchange or refund items if you change your mind so please ensure you choose carefully. The company will exchange or refund items that are damaged and exchange sizes on items such as rings or belts. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Defective and damaged products
All goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within one week of receiving your order. Aliss & Ena will assist with the repair or exchange and re-send at no extra freight charge.
Size change
For products that come in sizes (e.g: rings and belts) Aliss & Ena are happy to provide a size exchange. However, refund shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s cost.
How to return
To return your item you must first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). To do this, please email your order number, the reason for return and the new size or style you will require to

Once you have received a RAN via a returned email, please send the goods to be exchanged back to Aliss & Ena, along with a printout of your RAN email, return address and phone number. You will be contacted once your goods and the $12 return postage and handling fee are processed.
